4 Reasons Ohio Zeta Still Matters After College

For many of us, Phi Delta Theta was an important part of our Ohio State experience. Whatever your key takeaways from your time at Ohio State, I think we can all agree on this: Phi Delta Theta’s impact extends far beyond our brief time at the chapter house.

Here are 4 reasons Ohio Zeta still matters after you graduate, according to your fellow Alumni Brothers:

“When I came to Ohio Zeta there were only 4 or 5 brothers from Upper Arlington out the 80+ members. When we left 3 years later, the house had 35 UA Brothers out of the 150+ members. I still see many of them over 40 years later.” – Mark Erickson ’76

“Meeting and getting to know a wide diversity of guys and girls.” – Rusty Meyers ’79

“People and social skills and the fundamental friendships that will last a lifetime rom my time there. Before Phi Delt, i wouldn’t exactly call myself the most outgoing social person, I didn’t mind it but I wasn’t a frequent flyer. Phi Delt allowed me to grow into myself, and how to explore new ways of connecting with people and making friends of different backgrounds. I still use these lessons every day in my life and they’ve helped me grow into the person i am today.” – Hari Kunduru ’16

“I stay in touch with so many of them already. I do try to contact guys we never hear from anymore- sometimes it takes some digging online. Sometimes I get lucky and reestablish connections.” – Jim Sauter ’99
